Every Swallow Organics product is carefully prepared and packaged by hand in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and potency. We deeply appreciate your patience as we prepare your skincare ritual.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Standard Orders: Once your order is placed, please allow 2 to 3 business days for our team to process, pack, and dispatch your items from our studio.
- Custom Orders: For bespoke formulations or custom requests, please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to craft and dispatch your unique order.
Transit & Delivery
As soon as your package leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. Delivery times will vary based on your location within India.
Unforeseen Delays
While we strive to ensure your products reach you as swiftly as possible, occasional delays can happen. Please note that dispatch and delivery times may be extended during public holidays, severe weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or unforeseen logistical challenges with our courier partners.
